This is definitely one of my new favorites at Evo!
A fresh avocado half baked in a stone hearth oven and served atop sautéed baby spinach, fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, fresh red onion, olive oil then drizzled with an aged balsamic reduction. Vegan. $10.
