Tofurky time ;)

I brought the Tofurky & vegan gravy and my family made the yummy veggie stuffing with cranberries, mashed potatoes, peas, onions, squash & turnip! Yum!

Vegan-ized Lunch Sandwich

Whole wheat bread, Peppered Tofurky, Rice Vegan Cheddar, Veganaise, dijon mustard, lettuce and dried cranberries.

You can find the ingredients at The Living Earth on Park Ave and Whole Foods. I buy the Rice Vegan cheese, organic mustard and dried cranberries at Shaws where I do my regular grocery shopping.
