Stopped @ Evo on Chandler Street yesterday & checked out their newly re-designed menu! Vegan meals & meals that can be made vegan are very clearly labeled, making it simple to order delicious food with your veg-friends (and non-veg friends alike.) They have a vegan pizza called the "Da Vinci", vegetable/tofu stir frys..., quesadillas that can be vegan-ized, vegan sesame chicken nuggets, cranberry apple tofurky wraps & sandwiches that can be made veg with tofurky, black bean burgers, and many many others... Even the dressings & sides are labeled so you know what you can add on. Tons of organic and gluten-free options. Stop in and show your appreciation. I wish more restaurants would follow their example.
